Liz Wiseman on Smart Leaders Who Can Inspire

Liz Wiseman can divide leaders into two groups: multipliers and diminishers. Multipliers will attract talent to them by their welcoming attitude and collaborative environment and encourage ideas and intelligence. Even though it can seem like receding into the background, Liz assures you that you don’t have to be small to let others flourish as well. By being a multiplier, everyone on the team gets to look good.

Liz Wiseman is president of The Wiseman Group, a leadership research and development center headquartered in Silicon Valley. She advises senior executives and leads strategy and leadership forums for executive teams worldwide. A former executive at Oracle Corporation, she worked as the Vice President of Oracle University and as the global leader for Human Resource Development for 17 years. She is the author of Multipliers: How The Best Leaders Make Everyone Smarter.
