Dr. Ernest Gundling assists clients in developing strategic global approaches to leadership, organization development, and relationships with key business partners. He coaches executives with global responsibilities and works with multicultural management teams to help them formulate business plans based upon strong mutual understanding and a joint commitment to execution. He has lived and traveled extensively in Asia and Europe, including six years in Japan and a year in Germany. He is currently a Lecturer at the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. Dr. Gundling holds a Ph.D. and a Master of Arts from the University of Chicago, and a Bachelor of Arts from Stanford University.
